Jazaakallah khairan katheeran for these pictures. I had read a lot about the expansion but this is the first time I've seen the areas for demolition marked out in pictures, along with a predicted photo of the finished expansion. The umbrellas in the inner courtyard were long overdue. May Allah reward whoever thought of it. I wander if the new baab midway between Baab al Umrah and Baab al Fatah will be named after the current king or whether it will have some other name. Have you heard anything with regards to this yet?

wow umbrellas it means in rainy days they will not use taraweeh spot for farz prayers.

Really I m very happy about the expansion of masjid ul haraam.especially after seing the expansion complition model which is perfect n ideal especially for the large number of Hajj pilgrims.may Allah accept it for every one contributing their wills whether they r engineers or the labour n remaining others Ameen.

Thanx for the news... Alhamdulillah, it's very nice.. BEcause as you know a lot of people died because of the population... It isn't big enough to serve all muslims around the world... I hope that everythig'll go well... Wassalam
may Allah bless the Saudi Govt for their effort to improve the pilgrimage sysytem
