Shiekh Talib sounds amazing! Which year was this? Its been a very long time since Shiekh Talib led taraweeh prayers. However, I have a feeling that next year he may lead taraweeh!!

They show these taraweeh recitatins on islam channel every night but you'd have to wait for Sheikh Talib as he leads the latter part of the quran(from surah Al Ahzab,chapter 33).
They are rare and beautiful recitations, mashallah.
